Realms, Seasons & Reporting Bugs

Realms

• Live realm — the main server.
• PTR — a test realm for big updates. Expect crashes and unfinished features.

Seasons

Season 1 is the original launch content: Stormsong Valley, Revendreth, Survival Mode, dungeons and Mythic+, the first Gauntlet layer and Mithae’s questline. Season 2 brought the Miser’s questline, deeper Gauntlet layers and Paragon. Zereth Mortis, the Doom Realms, Challenge Rifts and Castle Nathria followed.

Where to report things

• Bugs: the bugs channel in the Discord.
• Ideas and requests: the requests and suggestions channel. Suggestions made in chat are easily lost.
• Make one thread per issue.

What makes a good bug report

• What happened, and what you expected to happen.
• Your class and spec, and what content you were in.
• Steps to repeat it, and a screenshot or short video if you can.
• For deaths: what killed you, and whether your health drained or dropped all at once.
• For crashes: what spell or event happened right before it.

Exploits

If you find something that looks like an exploit, report it instead of farming it.
