Mythic Munchers

Choosing a Class & Build

Balance goal

Every spec is tuned so its best build on each Castle Nathria damage set lands in the same damage range near maximum gear. Some classes scale better along the way, so play what you enjoy.

The Builds window

Open the Mythic Munchers menu and pick Builds. You get official builds for every class and spec, on each Castle Nathria set. Each one shows its Paragon tree, cards, charms with the recommended rolls, covenant, talents, gear and rotation. You can import its Paragon tree into a loadout, its cards into a deck, and its talents while in a rested area.

These are high-endgame builds. On your way there, My Progress tells you what to do next, and a build’s talents still help from the start.

How to experiment

  • You can swap Covenants, so try several combinations.
  • Paragon and Card Deck have 10 loadouts each: 5 Global, shared by all your characters, and 5 Char, for that character only. Keep one for single target and one for area damage.
  • The Rift Warden’s Riftwalker’s Demise and Critical Overkill sets are a great early endgame upgrade. Castle Nathria sets are stronger, but you must be strong enough to enter first.

Three builds on each set

  • Multicast tree, best with Reliquary of Convergence.
  • Overcrit tree, best with Wrath Unshackled.
  • Corruption build: the corruption Paragon cluster, Void Ascendant, a corruption deck and charms, and Voidfall Meteor. It is strongest for specs that multicast barely repeats, such as damage over time, channels and healers’ damage.

Ward of the Hollow Choir is the defensive set: less damage, more survival.

Munching Power

It adds to all of your stats for good. See “The Gauntlet”.
