Adventure Mode

Adventure Mode is an account-wide unlock — once you have it, every NEW character you create on your account starts already past the intro/story questlines, geared up and ready to jump straight into endgame content.

How to unlock it

Complete Miser’s full questline, ending with “Unleash the Torment!” — turning that quest in grants the “Been there. Done that.” achievement. This is a one-time unlock per ACCOUNT, not per character: once any one of your characters earns it, every future character you create is automatically an Adventure Mode character.

What it skips

A brand new character created after the unlock automatically has Muncher’s tutorial, Forge Master’s, Cray Eizengard’s, Mithae’s, and Miser’s own questlines already marked complete — no quest rewards from them are re-granted, so there is no reason to chase this unlock for the quest rewards themselves.

What it grants instead

Since those early quest rewards are skipped, an Adventure Mode character starts with a real gearing head start instead:

  • A full Riftwalker’s Demise set, several tiers into its upgrade chain.
  • A class-appropriate weapon (or weapons).
  • Agony and Torment Unleashed, both trinkets already carrying their special effects.
  • Ash and Blood, Deadly Alliance, and Ashen Ring.
  • Da Shirt and Demonic Tabard, both partially upgraded.
  • Your Magic Stone and Item Upgrader, ready to use immediately.

This unlock exists for alts — your first character still needs to earn it the normal way.
