Mythic Munchers

Guide / Core Systems

Paragon

Paragon is an account-wide passive tree that keeps giving you power long after you hit the normal level cap. Open it with /paragon. The maximum Paragon level is 150.

The tree is built around a central hub with 6 branching clusters — Offense, Defense, Da Shield, Overcrit, Multicast, and Utility — so you can build toward whatever playstyle you are leaning on. Points come from Paragon XP, gained from:

  • Challenge Rifts — scales with your Rift Key level, so pushing higher rifts pays off more here too.
  • Mythic+ — scales with your keystone level.
  • Survival Mode — scales with how many waves you clear.
  • The Gauntlet — a flat amount for fully clearing it.

Respec is completely free — reset and rebuild your points as often as you want, no cost. You also get 10 loadouts, 5 Global for all your characters and 5 Char for that character only, so you can save multiple builds and swap between them instead of respeccing back and forth by hand; clicking a loadout tab previews it first, and a separate button commits the switch.

Ascensions

Once you hit Paragon level 50 and have put 10 points into a specific cluster, a special glowing node unlocks at that cluster’s edge — an Ascension.

There are 3 total, one tied to Multicast, one to Overcrit, and one to Da Shield, each granting a powerful, build-defining bonus (for example, Multicast’s Infinite Tempest extends how far your Haste rating keeps scaling Multicast). Taking one costs a single regular Paragon point and opens its own small bonus tree on top, paid for with a separate pool of Ascension points (1 for every 5 Paragon levels up to level 100, plus one at level 125 and one at level 150).

You can only have one Ascension active at a time.

Corruption

The Corruption cluster raises the damage of your corruptions, softens the harmful ones (Grasping Tendrils, Eye of Corruption, Thing From Beyond) and strengthens the useful ones. Its Ascension, Void Ascendant, turns your effective corruption into damage and stores part of the damage your own corruption deals to you as Void Energy, which the Voidfall Meteor releases.

Practical takeaway: keep playing the content you already enjoy — Challenge Rifts, Mythic+, Survival Mode, and The Gauntlet all feed the same XP pool, so Paragon grows in the background no matter which one you are farming that day.
