Find Muncher and accept “Welcome to Mythic Munchers!” — it gives you:
Item Upgrader — hold onto it for now. You will start using it once you have gear worth upgrading; this guide will point you to it when the time comes.
Da Potion — an instant self-heal. Use it like a healthstone whenever you need emergency healing.
